Please follow the steps below to set up CCPA compliance for your QuestionPro account:
After the CCPA is setup for your account, all the surveys will have a link to Privacy and Data Security on the left bottom part of the survey. The respondents can click on this link to open the privacy pop-up. The respondents will get a list of surveys answered by them in the pop-up, from where the respondents can either download their responses or request to delete those responses.
You can view the deletion requests by going to Surveys >> My Account(Top Right Corner) >> Compliance >> Privacy and clicking on the Deletion Requests tab. You can delete the responses directly from here for the respondents who have requested to delete their data.
