With quota control, you can limit the responses received for answer options in your survey.
For example, we are conducting a research study across different cities and want to limit the number of responses per city, we can do so by setting quota for repsonses per city.Go to: Login » Surveys (select a survey) » Edit.
For the question you wish to set quota on, click on Logic Select Quota Control from the logic drop down menu Enter quota for options and select the quota overlimit action and save. For Quota Control, you can set the jump to condition to either go to the Quota Overlimit page or you can hide the option once quota is full.
Quota Overlimit: If respondents select an option where quota is met, they will be taken to the quota overlimit page and the response will be terminated. Quota Full - Hide Option: Once quota is met, respondents will not see the option as part of selection and can still select other options and continue with the survey.Go to: Login » Surveys (select a survey) » Edit » Finish Options
Under Finish Options you can edit the message for the quota overlimit page.'Minimum Quota' option is only available and applicable to Multi-select question type. When 'Minimum Quota' is enabled for multi-select question, if the respondent selects more than one option but one of the option's quota is full and the other options they select would allow them to continue, survey will not terminate and user will be allowed to continue to next question.
For example, for the question given below if the respondent only selects Visa when the quota is full the survey will terminate for over quota. If the respondent selects Visa and Mastercard and only the Visa quota is met, both the answers will be recorded in the data and the respondent will continue to next question. This feature is available with the following licenses :
