Embed Question In Email
Embed Question In Email allows you to display the first question of the survey in the body of the survey invitation.

How to embed the first question in email?
You can embed the first multiple choice single select question of the survey when distributing the survey via email from QuestionPro.
Go to: Surveys (Select Survey) » Distribute » Email
Here, under Compose, click on the Embed in Email icon.Select the check box for Embed Question In Email
The EMBED_QUESTION tag will be inserted in your email. Position it as you like.
How does the embedded question work in email?
The first question of your survey will be embedded in the email. The first question should be any of the following question types:
- Multiple Choice Single Select - Radio Button
- NPS - Net Promoter Score
- Smiley - Rating
- Thumbs up/down
Please make sure you add a page break on this question when embedding in the email.
It is a good practice to also keep the survey link so respondents can also start the survey by clicking on it.
Why is the embed in email option not available for my survey?
If the first question in your survey is not one of the supported types, the embed in email option will not be available.
