Survey Options | Tools

On survey workspace you will find the tools option where you will have access to functionality like exporting the survey in word/pdf formats, adding test responses, checking logic, etc.

Go to: Login » Surveys (select a survey) » Edit

Click on the Tools dropdown near the top right corner.

Here you will find tools for managing your survey.

Following functionalities are available under tools:

• Review Mode: Review mode is a compact and customizable view of the survey which makes it easier to review and manage the survey easily.
• Test Responses: This tool allows you to add test responses to your survey so you can check how the dashboards will look for the survey.
• Update Question Codes: You can update question codes in bulk using this feature.
• Search and Replace: Using search and replace you can look for any text in the survey and replace it in bulk.
• Logic:
  • View Logic Criteria: Here you can view all logic criteria/conditions added on the survey.
  • Validate Branching Logic You can use this tool to validate all branching logic set on the survey.
  • Block Flow: Using block flow, you can add block flow logic like randomization and conditional show/hide logic if you have blocks.
  • Custom JS: Here you can add custom JS logic for the survey on a global level.
  • Remove All Logic: Use this option to remove all logic from the survey.

  • Microsoft Word: Export the copy of the survey in Ms Word format.
  • PDF: Export a PDF copy of the survey.
  • Print: Print the survey.
