Push Notification
Using Push Notifications, the administrator will now have the ability to send notification from the web to one or multiple devices that are using the offline app. It will be an easier way of notifying the users to run a sync, update the application or even send custom messages without having to use any other mode of communication.
How do I send a Push notification to one device?
Go to Surveys » Mobile
Select the device you want to send a notification to.
Select the Notification Type and enter a Message
Click the Push Notification button to notify the device user
How can I send a notification to multiple users at one time?
Go to Surveys » Mobile
Select all the devices you want to send a notification to and then click on the Push Notification button
Select the Notification Type and enter a Message. Click the Notify button to send the notification to all the selected devices
