How can I access the Migration Center?
To access the Migration Center, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your QuestionPro account.
Navigate to the My Account dropdown and click on the Migration Center option.
You'll see all available migration tools displayed on this screen.
What are the available import tools?
The Migration Center currently supports migration from the following platforms:
SurveyMonkey Import Tool: Import your SurveyMonkey surveys and responses using the SurveyMonkey API. Click here to learn more about the SurveyMonkey Import Tool.
Decipher Import Tool: Import your Decipher surveys and responses using the Decipher API. Click here to learn more about the Decipher Import Tool.
Qualtrics Import Tool: Import your Qualtrics surveys and responses using one of two methods:

How does the migration process work?
The migration process follows these general steps:
Click on the desired migration tool tile from the Migration Center.
Click on the Import Surveys button.
Enter your API credentials for the source platform. For Qualtrics, you can also import surveys and responses using the QSF and CSV files.
Our system will fetch all the surveys from your source platform and display the list in the pop-up.
Select the surveys you want to import using the checkboxes.
The import process will start and you'll be notified via email after the process is complete.

How can I check the list of surveys imported?
To check the list of surveys imported in a specific batch, click on the count of surveys displayed next to the batch.
The pop-up will open displaying the list of the surveys along with the status of survey import and response import. You can click on the survey name to preview the survey or after hovering on the survey name, click on the Open in Workspace icon to open and edit the survey.
How can I check the logs of the imported batch?
To view the detailed logs for the process, click on the View Logs option after hovering over the import batch.
The logs will appear in a pop-up. Here you can also select to view logs for a specific survey by selecting the survey from the drop-down menu.
What can I import from my current survey platform to QuestionPro?
Depending on the platform you're migrating from, the following can be imported:
Survey questions and answer choices.
Response data (completed responses, partial responses, or no responses based on your selection).
Response metadata (timestamps, IP addresses, completion status, etc.).
