Review, Edit, and Print Responses

Once respondents are done answering your survey, you may want them to review their answers or print their response for record keeping. Review/Print option allows you to display the response that your respondents are submitting.

In certain cases, you may also want to allow your respondents to edit their response in case they change their mind or want to make corrections, In such cases, enabling the edit response option will allow respondents to review and edit their response before final submit.

To enable the Review/Print mode:

Go to: Login » My Surveys (Select Survey) » Edit » Finish Options

By default, the finish option is set to: Thank You Page

From this drop down, select the Review/Print option and save changes.

When this option is enabled, when respondents complete the survey, they will be able to review and print or download a PDF of their response.

To do so, enable the toggle for Edit Response under finish options for Review/Print mode.

Once you enable the Edit Response option, respondents will be able to edit their response before the final submit.

Hovering on any question will display the Edit option and respondents can edit their response by clicking on it.

If a respondent skips questions while answering or if there is logic to skip/hide questions, these questions will not be displayed under the review mode.

Also, following question types are not displayed under review mode even if they are answered on the survey:

• Page Timer
• Custom Logic Engine
• Conjoint
• Max-Diff
• QR Code
• Tubepulse
• Hotspot
• HeatMap
• Store Locator
• NPS+
• CSAT all types

No. Edit option is available for all basic question types.

However, following question types cannot be edited and the edit option will not be available on these questions.

• Flex Matrix
• Text Highlighter
• Reference Data
• Multi Tier Lookup Table (Drop down)
• Multi Tier Lookup Table (Keyword search)
• Static Questions
