Freshsales CRM Integration

Freshsales CRM (formerly Freshworks CRM) is a cloud-based CRM solution that helps businesses across different industry verticals to manage their interactions with existing and potential customers.
Features include one-click phone, sales lead tracking, sales management, event tracking and more. Users can also send personalized bulk emails from the solution, and then monitor activities on these emails. Please follow the steps below to connect your QuestionPro survey to Freshsales CRM:

• Go to: Survey » Integration » Freshsales

• Enter the desired name of the connection, provide your Freshsales API Key, and enter your Freshsales organization URL. Click on the Save button.

• After creating a connection you will need to map the survey to your Freshsales object. Click on + Add New Mapping button to add the field mapping for the current survey.

• Select the action you want to perform on each new QuestionPro response from the first drop-down:
  1. Create New: To create new record in Freshsales object.
  2. Update Existing: To update existing record in Freshsales object.

• Select your Freshsales object in the second drop-down and click on Continue button.

• In the next screen, select the mapping type for the current survey from the first drop-down:
  1. Map a question: To map the answer code of the question to Freshsales field.
  2. Map a custom variable: To map custom variable value of the response to Freshsales field. Available custom variables are from custom3 to custom 255.
  3. Map a system variable: To map the system variable values to the Freshsales field. Available system variables are ResponseID, Timestamp, Device Data and Language.
  4. Map an answer value: To map the answer value to the Freshsales field.
  5. Pull Data: To pull existing data from Freshsales record and use it within the survey.

• Select the question/ variable from QuestionPro survey from second drop-down and select the Freshsales object field from the third drop-down. Use the "+" and "-" buttons on the right side of each field mapping to add or delete new option respectively. Make sure you have provided mappings to all the required feilds then click on Continue button.

Note: Please make sure to collect the responses for your survey from the Survey URL provided inside the mapping to send the data to your Freshsales object other wise a copy of the data will not be sent to your Freshsales object, it will remain in your QuestionPro account only.
• After configuring the mappings you will be available with a list of mappings created for that survey. You can go through all the mappings for that survey by using the snapshot view by hovering over each mapping. You can click on the mapping or the Edit button on the snapshot view to edit that particular mapping.

• After the setup is done, the integration will trigger once the respondents hit the Submit/Done button on the survey.

• After the survey completion you can see a new record created on your Freshsales CRM in case of "Create New" action.

To get the API key from Freshsales CRM, follow the steps below:

• Login to your Freshsales CRM and go to User Profile » API Settings. Verify the captcha.

• A new API key will be created for your account.
