A data center is a building, a dedicated space within a building, or a group of buildings used to house computer systems and associated components, such as telecommunications and storage systems.

Can I create my account on any data center?
Yes. You can create an account on any of our data center. If you already have an account and wish to create an account on a different data center, please contact your account manager.

Can I move my data or surveys from one data center to another?
No. Moving surveys or data between data centers is not possible. To comply with data security requirements on a global level as well as to comply with local regional legal reqirements, we cannot and don't allow data to be moved between data centers.
