QuestionPro allows you to select how answer options should be disaplayed to respondents. Answer display order setting allows you to customize the display of answer options to remove bias and improve data quality and accuracy for your responses. For example, for a quiz or test, you can set answer display order to random so each student sees the answer options in a random order.
Default: Answer options will be displayed in order they have been added.
Ascending: Answer options will be displayed in alphabetically ascending order A-Z. Descending: Answer options will be displayed in alphabetically descending order Z-A. Random: Answer options will be displayed randomized. Every respondent will see the options in random order. Advanced Randomization: With advanced randomization, you can create groups for randomizations, display only certain options randomly, etc. Alternate Flip: Answer options will be flipped for every other respondent.By default, answers will be displayed in the default order which is same as the order in which answer options were added.
To change this, go to: Surveys (select a survey) » Edit Click on Settings option for the question you want to update answer display order. Select the Answer Display Order that you wish to apply.Yes. you can exclude specific option from randomization.
Hover on the option you want to exclude and open the drop down by clicking on the down arrow and select the Exclude from randomiation option. By default, the other and N/A options are excluded from randomization.
