Users who provide consent may receive SMS messages related to surveys, feedback requests, service notifications, or other communications associated with a recent interaction with an organization using QuestionPro services. These messages help organizations collect customer feedback and improve their services. Messages may include links directing users to secure online surveys or feedback forms.
SMS messages are only sent to users who have provided prior consent. Consent may be collected through multiple methods including completing an online form with SMS consent, agreeing to receive survey invitations during a transaction, signing up through a website or QR code, or providing written or in-person consent where SMS communication is disclosed. By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and agree to receive SMS messages related to surveys or feedback requests.
The number of SMS messages you receive may vary depending on your interaction with the participating organization. In most cases, users receive a limited number of messages following a service interaction or transaction. Message frequency may vary but generally does not exceed a few messages per interaction.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Charges are determined by your wireless provider and are your responsibility. QuestionPro or the participating organization does not charge a fee for sending SMS survey invitations.
You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from the program. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS message delivery depends on the availability and reliability of your mobile carrier’s network.
