Once you have created your survey, you can invite respondents to answer your survey by sending them email invitations with the survey link. QuestionPro allows you to send survey invitations via email along with other options like SMS, survey links, etc.
To ensure inbox delivery of emails, QuestionPro provides you with a default from and reply-to email address to send your survey invitations via email.
You can customize the survey invitation to improve response rates by brand recognition by customizing the email subject, email body, email from name.

To use a custom from email address, you need to confirm the following:
To add a custom from email address, Go to: Surveys (Select Survey) » Distribute
Open the dropdown for the from email address and click on Add From Email
If you haven't added and verified a domain, click on the Domain Verification tab.
Under Domain Verification tab, click on New Domain
Add new email domain, select the DKIM key size (bits) and click Next
Follow the process to add DKIM key and SPF record.
Once domain is verified, now you can use this domain to add a custom from email address.
Under the Email tab, you can now add the from email address and select the verified domain for the email address.
Click on Add and Verify Email
Verify the email from the email sent to the inbox.
Add required custom from email addresses and get them verified from the email sent to the inbox.
You can resend verification email if you haven't received the verification email. If you have verified, you can refresh to check verification status.
You can now use these as your from and reply-to email addresses.
Yes. to edit the from name, click on Add From Email option under From email dropdown.
Hover on the row you wish to edit and click on the pencil icon to edit the from name.
