If your emails are getting caught in SPAM folder/filters or emails are not getting delivered to recipients, setting up DKIM will ensure email delivery to inbox.
DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance).
Is an email authentication protocol. It is designed to give email domain owners the ability to protect their domain from unauthorized use, commonly known as email spoofing. DMARC Policies: Monitor Policy: P=none - The none policy only gives insight in who’s sending email on behalf of a domain and will not affect the deliverability. Quarantine policy: P=quarantine - The quarantine policy will already mitigate the impact of spoofing, but spoof emails will still be delivered to the receiver (in the spam folder) Reject Policy: P=reject - This policy makes sure that all incorrect setup emails (spoofing emails) will be deleted by the email receiver and not land in the inbox of the receiver. Before setting up DKIM key, we need to verify that QuestionPro SPF record is added to your domain and also verify DMARC policy.
Add QuestionPro SPF record to your domain. QuestionPro SPF Record: include:_spf.questionpro.com
Once you have added the QuestionPro SPF record, you can verify it here: Check SPF RecordVerify DMARC policy here: Check DMARC Policy
QuestionPro will generate a public and private key pair. Please add a TXT record of the public key that will be shared with you to your domain. This step needs to be performed by your IT team as QuestionPro does not have access to your domain settings.
Verify TXT record here: Check TXT record for DKIM
Upon TXT record verification for DKIM, QuestionPro will activate the DKIM keys to complete the set up. QuestionPro will verify email delivery status and DKIM key signature on the email.
QuestionPro will charge a one-time set up fee and ongoing maintenance fee depending on your current license. Please contact your account representative for pricing.
