Google Sheets Integration

QuestionPro's Google Sheets integration allows you to easily export your survey responses directly into Google Sheets, helping you manage and analyze your responses in real time. With this integration, you can automatically create new sheets, streamline your workflow, and maintain up-to-date records of your survey responses without manual data entry.

This guide will walk you through setting up the integration, managing your data exports, and navigating recent updates to Google’s authentication policies to ensure a smooth experience.

To connect your Google Sheets account and automatically push survey responses in real-time, follow the steps outlined below:

• Go to Login » Survey » Edit
• Click on the Integration tab:

• Click on the Google Sheets tile under the Integration tab.

• Click on the Sign in with Google button.

• In the pop-up window, select the Google account you want to connect or login to a new one.

• Click on the Continue button.

• Click on the Allow button.

• Your Google account will be connected to QuestionPro. Now you'll need to select and existing sheet or create a new one by click on the Create New Sheet button

• On the next screen, provide the name for your Google sheet, select the toggles based on the requirement, and then click on the Create button.

• The integration is complete. You'll see the following screen displaying the details of the integration:

• Once a sheet is created, existing response data will be added to the sheet if you have enabled the toggle for the same. The new responses will be updated in the selected sheet in real-time after every response is submitted on the survey.

You can connect only 1 Google account with QuestionPro. The connected Google account will be avaialble for all of your surveys to allow you integrate different surveys with your Google sheets account.

Yes, you can connect multiple surveys with 1 Google sheet. But this is not recommended as this interrupts the simultaneous data flow to multiple sub-sheets. The ideal way would be integrating a single survey with 1 Google sheet.

Currently, QuestionPro allows to export the responses to Google sheets only in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
