Go to: Login » Surveys
Click on the options (3 dot) menu for the folder you wish to share and click on the Share Folder option.
On the popup, you can share with all users within your organization with specific permissions like Edit, Reports, Copy, or share only with specific teams or users.
To only share with specific teams, select the teams you want to share with, all users who are part of the team will have access to the shared folders. This option will only be available if teams are setup and you have admin permissions. You can also specify users you wish to share the folder with. You can assign the following permissions:
