Survey Sharing
Sharing surveys with my colleagues:
Go to: Login » Surveys
Click on the options (3 dot) menu for the folder you wish to share and click on the Share Folder option.
On the popup, you can share with all users within your organization with specific permissions like Edit, Reports, Copy, or share only with specific teams or users.
You can also specify users you wish to share the folder with.
You can assign the following permissions:
- Edit: Shared users or teams have full access to the survey and can make changes to the survey, copy these surveys, distribute these surveys, and also analyze results.
- Copy: Copy permission allows users to copy the survey. They cannot make any change to the original survey or access any other settings or tools.
- Analyze: Analyze permissions will allow users access to the Analytics tab will full access to all reports and data. They won't be able to edit the survey or access distribution or any other settings or tools.
Once the folder is shared, users will have access to all surveys in that folder with the specified permissions.
I only have a single user account - does this apply to me?
No. This is only for Global Multi-User Accounts.
