Make sure you have:
QuestionPro MCP supports OAuth authentication, allowing you to securely authorize access to your QuestionPro account without sharing your password with your AI assistant.
Note: Connector availability and configuration options may depend on your AI application's subscription plan, account role, and workspace permissions.
QuestionPro offers multiple MCP servers for surveys, Business Intelligence (BI), Customer Experience (CX), Employee Experience (EX), and other products.
Each MCP server provides a set of tools designed for specific QuestionPro tasks.
Steps to explore MCP serversYou can use the copied endpoint to connect QuestionPro to ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or another compatible MCP client.
Example:For QuestionPro BI:

Note: Choose a product-specific MCP server when you only need one set of capabilities. Use the main endpoint for broader access.
You can connect QuestionPro MCP to ChatGPT by creating a custom plugin.
Step 1: Open ChatGPT PluginsOnce authentication is successful, your QuestionPro MCP plugin will be available in ChatGPT.
Depending on the connection flow, OAuth authorization may occur during setup or when you first use the plugin.
Step 4: Start Using QuestionPro in ChatGPTChatGPT uses the connected QuestionPro MCP tools to complete supported requests. Some actions may require confirmation.
Note: Custom MCP plugin creation and availability depend on your ChatGPT plan and workspace permissions.
You can connect QuestionPro MCP to Claude using a custom web connector.
Step 1: Open Claude ConnectorsYou can also open the connector settings directly:
https://claude.ai/customize/connectors
Step 2: Add the QuestionPro ConnectorOnce connected, QuestionPro will appear among your available Claude connectors.
Step 4: Start Using QuestionPro in ClaudeClaude will use the connected QuestionPro MCP tools to complete supported tasks.
Note: Users on managed Claude Team or Enterprise workspaces may require administrator approval to configure custom connectors.
You can also connect QuestionPro MCP to the Claude Desktop application.
The easiest method is to use Claude's built-in Connectors interface. Alternatively, you can configure the MCP connection manually using the mcp-remote package.
Step 1: Install Node.jsMake sure Node.js is installed on your computer.
Download it from:
Node.js is required for the npx command used in the following configuration.
Step 2: Locate the Claude Desktop Configuration FileOpen the claude_desktop_config.json file.
macOS:
~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json
Windows:
%APPDATA%\Claude\claude_desktop_config.jsonStep 3: Add the QuestionPro MCP Configuration
Add the following configuration:
{
"mcpServers": {
"questionpro": {
"command": "npx",
"args": [
"-y",
"mcp-remote",
"https://mcp.questionpro.com"
]
}
}
}
If you already have MCP servers configured, add the QuestionPro entry within the existing mcpServers object.
Do not remove your other MCP server configurations.
Step 4: Restart Claude DesktopNote: The configuration-file method is intended for users who prefer manual MCP setup. For most users, the built-in Connectors interface is easier.
You can connect QuestionPro MCP to Microsoft Copilot using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Once connected, your Copilot agent can use supported QuestionPro MCP tools to create surveys, access responses, analyze feedback, and work with QuestionPro data.
Important: These instructions apply to Microsoft Copilot Studio, not the standard personal Microsoft Copilot chat interface.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
For a specific QuestionPro product, enter its dedicated MCP endpoint.
Example for BI:
https://mcp.questionpro.com/biStep 3: Configure Authentication
Microsoft Copilot Studio supports three OAuth configuration methods:
Dynamic discoveryUse this option if the MCP server supports OAuth dynamic client registration with discovery.
DynamicUse this option if the server supports dynamic client registration but requires the authorization and token endpoints to be configured manually.
ManualUse this option when your QuestionPro administrator provides the required OAuth client configuration.
For manual authentication, you may need:
After completing the appropriate authentication configuration, click Create.
Important: The OAuth configuration method must match the capabilities supported by QuestionPro's MCP endpoint. Contact your QuestionPro administrator if you are unsure which method to use.
Step 4: Connect your QuestionPro AccountOnce connected, the QuestionPro MCP server will be available as a tool in your Copilot agent.
Step 5: Start Using QuestionPro in Copilot StudioAfter testing, you can publish the agent to supported channels according to your organization's Copilot Studio configuration.
Note: Tool availability, authentication, and supported operations depend on your Copilot Studio environment and QuestionPro account permissions.
